These remarkably simple exercises achieve amazing results when practiced consistently.  

 

Wu Qi Xi 五禽戏

By imitating movements and postures of five animals (tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird), aims to enhance fitness, good health and longevity.

Ba Duan Jin八段锦

Consisting of 8 movements, was derived from the concept of Eight Diagrams in “Yi Jing”, focuses on the coordination of breath, tension with relaxation, and activity with quietness.

Yi Jin Jing 《易筋經》

Yi Jin Jing embodies the essences of traditional Yi Jin Jing 12 forms. It has been developed, simplified and standardized on the modern theories and methods of health science, so as to be s smooth and coherent set of movements. Hence it is of more remarkable characteristics in health promotion.
