COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Students here achieve an understanding of organizational structure and practice. Management principles, marketing strategies, accounting basics, and human resource management are considered as they apply to both the private and public sectors. Students are encouraged to consider their own work environment as a case analysis and to develop a plan for improvement and expansion.





INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY:

After years of experience in the corporate world as an engineer, Bahareh decided to follow her passion of facilitating holistic health and healing. Her methods of practice are based on her deep belief in the natural capacity of every person’s body to heal itself. As a yoga teacher and practitioner, Bahareh felt pursuing Shiatsu therapy was a natural next step. She continues to learn from her clients everyday in addition to continuing her academic studies in Acupuncture. Graduate of the 2200 hour Shiatsu Therapy, and the 2000 hour Acupuncture program, Bahareh has accumulated years of experience in holistic methods of healing including Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Yoga and Ayurveda. As a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) She believes in harmonizing the body through touch to activate the healing power of your body to reach its optimal state. The techniques and modalities that she incorporates in the her treatments include include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Ayurveda , Shiatsu, Tui Na, Cupping and Moxibustion. Her clinical focus is in Women’s Health and Dermatology, focusing on the root cause of these imbalances as well as improving and relieving symptoms.
