Nada is passionate about supporting her patients and students in reaching and maintaining their optimal states of health using powerful tools such as acupuncture, meditation, counselling, nutrition, contemplative reflection and the embodied internal arts (such as yoga, qigong..). She intuitively draws on these, and many other tools available to her in helping those she works with in breaking through disease patterns and self-limiting beliefs. Nada has a deep interest and reverence for all forms of authentic and traditional spirituality, spiritual psychology, contemporary neuroscience, and the experiential process of spiritual liberation. She offers private treatments, special group class series, and women's only class series out of her Annex studio at Bloor and Bathurst.
