Free Webinar: Stress in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Date: Monday, 5th April, 2021

Time: 6:30 PM-8:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Presented by Aline Yon, BSc MSc R.Ac

Stress happens when we feel threatened.

While punctual stress could help an athlete or an artist to better perform, long term stress can affect:

- our mood and make us irritable and prone to anger,

- our energy and sleep: we become either very tired or on the contrary so restless that we cannot sleep,

- our health: appetite and digestive issues, aches and muscle pains etc... and even burn out.

Stress could also affect our fertility journey, or our performance at school.

How does stress affect you?

Do you want to know how Traditional Chinese Medicine can help you manage your stress and prevent burn out?

If yes, join acupuncturist and OCTCM alumni Aline Yon, BSc MSc RAc, next Monday, April 5th at 6.30 pm EST.

She will present how Traditional Chinese Medicine views stress, and will give you tips on how to manage it. Prior to this webinar, if you haven’t attended the last one on Spring, we’d like to invite you to watch the replay, as it is a prequel on this coming webinar : https://youtu.be/zQJ5W5EOWE4

There will be a 1-hour lecture with additional time to answer your questions.

We hope to see you (virtually) soon!
