I remember attending a similar workshop during my own exam prep, and it completely shifted how I thought about brain foods and sustaining energy through long study days. One of the biggest takeaways for me was incorporating more nutrient-dense foods to avoid those afternoon crashes. That's actually when I started looking into things like bone broth for gut health and overall nourishment, and I found some really helpful resources through Paleovalley https://paleovalley.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . Their approach to whole-food supplements made it easier to stick with healthier choices when I was too busy to cook properly.
