Free Webinar: Autumn in TCM

Autumn in TCM

Monday, September 27th, 2021

6:30 PM- 7:30 PM EST

Location: Online

Summer is over, schools have started again... we are now in autumn!

The weather is cooling down, and some of us might experience allergies or dry nose... it is also the season where our immune system can be challenged, especially during this pandemic.

In Chinese Medicine, autumn is the season linked with metal. The metal is also used to cut ties with things that don’t serve us anymore. And when you cut ties, there’s sadness and grief. Autumn is therefore the season where you might feel sadder than usual...

Now, how do we tune in with nature, and make the most out of the autumn, for ourselves and our health, especially in our unprecedented times?

If you enjoyed the winter, spring, summer and late summer webinars, you will love this autumn webinar on Monday, September 27th at 6:30 pm.

OCTCM alumni and Registered Acupuncturist Aline Yon, BSc MSc R.Ac, will talk you through the autumn season in Traditional Chinese Medicine and give you tips on how to make the most out of it while strengthening your immune system.

There will be a 1-hour lecture with additional time to answer your questions.

Take care and see you virtually soon!
