with Xiaolu Xu R.Ac

Course Description:

This workshop fills a crucial gap in TCM education: while many have learned acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha, few have been systematically trained in the essential fundamentals of professional skin care — including cleansing, exfoliation, product selection, and facial protocols for different skin types.

Participants will learn both theoretical concepts and hands-on techniques, then integrate them with cosmetic acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha to create a complete professional facial treatment.

Modern Esthetic Technologies (Optional Segment)

For participants interested in modern laser and device-based skin treatments, Lulu will provide an overview of:

• Photofacial and IPL rejuvenation (M22 system)

• Laser hair removal with Candela GentleMax Pro

• HydraFacial deep cleansing and exfoliation protocols

• Chemical peel and acid-based resurfacing treatments

This section will help attendees understand how traditional TCM techniques and modern aesthetic technologies can complement each other in professional practice.
