DESCRIPTION:

This is a blended learning course, combination of self paced E learning online course and 8 hours in-class practical session that meets Ontario Health & Safety (OHS) legislative requirements, and is recognized by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB). As a certified First Aider, you will be prepared with the latest First Aid knowledge to respond to emergencies in the workplace and in the public. You will learn to recognize and respond to heart-related emergencies, be certified to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and safely tend to injuries. You will also receive a Red Cross First Aid & CPR Manual and certificate.
